This package is for the couple that has already planned their wedding but needs someone to make sure everything is ready to go on the ‘day of’. This package will assist in all of the wedding day tasks so you can just sit back and enjoy yourself.
Prior to wedding:

• One meeting with the bride and groom up to 30 days prior to wedding day + phone calls and email.
• Final walk through of ceremony and reception site.
• Manage vendor details (due dates, deliveries, set up times, etc.)
• Coordinate rehearsal and collection of wedding day items (guest book, favors, programs, etc.)

Complete wedding day coverage to manage and assist with the following:

• Vendor set-up at ceremony and reception site
• Final payments of vendor balances and tips
• Hair and makeup schedule
• Delivery of bridal gown and bridesmaid’s dresses
• Assist bride and bridal party in dressing room

This package is for the client that has already planned most of their wedding but needs advice in carrying out their ideas and creating a theme.  Up to four months prior to the wedding date.

This full service package puts our client’s mind at ease, knowing every detail of their event is covered. This package will cover coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish.

• Up to 60 hours of services
• Unlimited use of our vendor resources
• Detailed review of service contracts
• Event floor plan and formal table layout
• Review Meetings to go over event details
• Final walk through and overseeing the entire event the day of

 

{Service Assistance}                                                     

This package is for the client who has some of the planning done and due to time constraints or other reasons needs assistance in getting to the finish line. Married in Alaska is able to pick up where the client left off .
Includes:

• Wrap up all the loose ends
• Coordination of vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc.
• Final walk through and overseeing the entire event the day of

 

{Day of Service}                                              

This package is perfect for the client who has done all their planning and just wants a professional coordinator at their event.   Includes overseeing set up, vendors, answering questions, assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place.

• Up to ten hours of a professional coordinator present at your event.
• Assist with all pre-event set up and oversee event (ensure vendors are present, set up all equipment, turn on A/C or heater if needed, sound system, A/V, etc)
• Assist with questions, help with seating arrangements, instruct helpers with duties, direct guests/participants, keep vendors in sync with timing of activities and any changes
